Amazing customer service! Cherry is fantastic with pre-order updates, answering questions, and going the extra mile to accommodate special requests. I bought 2 cases of these dolls for distribution amongst friends, but these are the two I kept for myself. I love them very much 🥰
Keep in mind that the design of these dolls means that some joints are rather fragile, especially the pegs for hands and feet. I would not recommend them for young children, or rough play. However, they hold poses very well, and are a lot of fun! All the clothes and accessories are extremely high quality, and they have so much personality 😁
